My name is Hormoz Ahmadzadeh. As a Professional Personal and Corporate Coach, I am passionate about helping people and organisations to realise their full potential. It is amazing to see the major changes which can be brought about by small shifts in actions and behaviour.
Your development is your responsibility. My role is to help you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. A coach acts as a catalyst for people who have a strong desire to take positive actions to make changes happen.
My passion for helping clients to achieve their best potential has resulted in several successful coaching assignments, with Directors and Chief Executives of private organisations and charities. The sessions have been on personal and company based issues with focus on change. I have also helped with team development to ensure employee satisfaction, resulting in a positive impact on the organisation. My listening and questioning style uses empathy interspersed with timely challenging questions. Clients have then been able to come up with their own way forward, having had a chance to consider their options. Those 'light bulb' moments are a joy to experience as a coach, and I'm pleased to say I have witnessed several.
I have over 25 years of experience in Business Development in several sectors with organisations like 3M
and, in the Learning and Development area, with Manchester Business School
I am currently affiliated as a Senior Consultant to Simitri Group International
, an executive training, coaching and consultancy business with its head office in Singapore and offices in 18 countries. Simitri's approach is about changing behaviours, attitudes, perceptions and mindsets to drive business results. I have been delivering Personal Development as well as Power Messaging and Communications workshops around Europe and the Middle East. Clients include Experian, Credit Suisse, BHP Billiton, Dell Computers, Borouge Abu Dhabi and Remy Cointreau.
At Manchester Business School as the Corporate Development Manager, I also worked on Sales & Marketing activities for the launch of a new MBA. Furthermore, I supported the establishment of a new distance learning centre in Dubai, spending time there to generate the appropriate level of recruitment, marketing, sales and presentations to ensure the success of the centre. This also meant establishing relationships with proposed agents in Saudi Arabia.
My role at Bray Leino BroadSkill, a training consultancy, was in new business development and key account management. In this role I established strong relationships with organisations such as Accenture, First Group, Network Rail, Motorola, HSBC, Airbus and moneysupermarket.com.
Over time, I wanted to have a much stronger direct impact on people and organisations and therefore consolidated my skills as a business developer, trainer and facilitator, by gaining a Diploma in Personal Development coaching from The Coaching Academy
